Toda a vida ouvimos a express\u00e3o \u201cmente s\u00e3, corpo s\u00e3o\u201d, mas qual \u00e9, de facto, a import\u00e2ncia e os cuidados que devemos ter com a nossa sa\u00fade mental?<\/h3>\n<div class=\"ewa-rteLine\">Assim, ao considerarmos a sa\u00fade mental, falamos de:<\/div>\n<div class=\"ewa-rteLine\">-Ter a capacidade de se adaptar a novas circunst\u00e2ncias da vida;<\/div>\n<div class=\"ewa-rteLine\">-Supera\u00e7\u00e3o de crises e resolu\u00e7\u00e3o de perdas afetivas e conflitos emocionais;<\/div>\n<div class=\"ewa-rteLine\">-Ter a capacidade de reconhecer limites e sinais de mal-estar;<\/div>\n<div class=\"ewa-rteLine\">-Ter sentido cr\u00edtico e de realidade mas tamb\u00e9m humor, criatividade e capacidade de sonhar;<\/div>\n<div class=\"ewa-rteLine\">-Estabelecer rela\u00e7\u00f5es satisfat\u00f3rias com outras pessoas, seja a fam\u00edlia, amigos, colegas, etc;<\/div>\n<div class=\"ewa-rteLine\">-Ter projetos de vida e, sobretudo, descobrir um sentido para a vida.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div class=\"ewa-rteLine\">Apesar de n\u00e3o existirem regras espec\u00edficas para cuidar da nossa mente, \u00e9 importante trabalhar certos pontos para encontrar ou estabelecer um equil\u00edbrio emocional. Em momentos de incertezas, especialmente na situa\u00e7\u00e3o que estamos a viver nos dias de hoje, \u00e9 natural sentir mais ansiedade, tristeza e at\u00e9 alguma ang\u00fastia.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div class=\"ewa-rteLine\">Por esse motivo, e como uma ajuda para si, deixamos-lhe 5 dicas para que possa cuidar de si e da sua mente:<\/div>\n<div class=\"ewa-rteLine\"><strong>1.Mantenha uma rotina<\/strong>: tente adaptar-se a uma rotina di\u00e1ria e estabele\u00e7a hor\u00e1rios, ter uma rotina pode ser terap\u00eautico. O facto de organizar o seu dia transmite a sensa\u00e7\u00e3o de controlo, o que traz seguran\u00e7a e conforto emocional;<\/div>\n<div class=\"ewa-rteLine\"><strong>2.Pratique exerc\u00edcio f\u00edsico regularmente<\/strong>: o nosso corpo e a nossa mente adaptam-se melhor aos desafios do dia a dia, quando mantemos o corpo ativo. Al\u00e9m de reduzir o stress, tem um efeito relaxante tanto para o corpo, como para a mente;<\/div>\n<div class=\"ewa-rteLine\"><strong>3.Procure hobbies e atividades que elevem o seu bem-estar<\/strong>: aproveite o tempo livre da sua rotina para fazer algo que realmente gosta, como por exemplo, colocar a leitura em dia, pintar, ver uma s\u00e9rie ou at\u00e9 mesmo tirar um curso online. Estas atividades poder\u00e3o ajudar a melhorar a sua qualidade de vida, contribuindo positivamente para uma sensa\u00e7\u00e3o de bem-estar e redu\u00e7\u00e3o do stress e ansiedade;<\/div>\n<div class=\"ewa-rteLine\"><strong>4.Mantenha-se informado por fontes confi\u00e1veis e oficiais<\/strong>: tal como cuidamos do nosso corpo e nos preocupamos com a alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o, \u00e9 importante ter em aten\u00e7\u00e3o a maneira como \u201calimentamos\u201d a nossa mente. Recebemos diversas informa\u00e7\u00f5es por dia e muitas vezes, informa\u00e7\u00f5es n\u00e3o fidedignas. Isto pode causar uma \u201cm\u00e1 digest\u00e3o\u201d mental e gerar p\u00e2nico. 5.Verifique sempre a fonte da informa\u00e7\u00e3o que v\u00ea ou recebe.<\/div>\n<div class=\"ewa-rteLine\"><strong>5.Aprenda a interpretar e verbalizar os seus sentimento<\/strong>s: tente sempre falar com algu\u00e9m, seja a fam\u00edlia, amigos, etc e dizer aquilo que sente.
