E j\u00e1 agora, d\u00ea sempre prioridade a frutas da \u00e9poca, pois s\u00e3o mais saborosas e mais ricas!<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div class=\"ewa-rteLine\">Deve-se comer frutas diferentes ao longo do dia, porque as frutas s\u00e3o constitu\u00eddos por nutrientes diversificados, como fibras, antioxidantes, minerais e vitaminas. Posto isto, \u00e9 importante consumirmos v\u00e1rias frutas diferentes, de modo a que elas se complementem ao longo do dia e obtermos maiores benef\u00edcios para a nossa sa\u00fade.<\/div>\n<div class=\"ewa-rteLine\">As frutas e legumes devem estar sempre presentes em todas as refei\u00e7\u00f5es di\u00e1rias e aconselha-se a que sejam consumidas cruas e no que diz respeito \u00e0 fruta com a casca tamb\u00e9m, mas sempre devidamente bem lavados, pois desta maneira estar\u00e1 a aproveitar tudo de bom que estes alimentos t\u00eam para si.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div class=\"ewa-rteLine\">Se todos os dias optar por consumir fruta, esta vai ajud\u00e1-lo a diminuir o consumo de alimentos ricos em gordura e a\u00e7\u00facar, como ainda lhe fornece vitaminas que o v\u00e3o ajudar no melhor funcionamento do organismo.
