Mais do que uma celebra\u00e7\u00e3o simb\u00f3lica, n\u00e3o queremos flores, queremos reflex\u00e3o sobre a realidade da participa\u00e7\u00e3o feminina no mercado de trabalho em Portugal, uma for\u00e7a laboral composta por <strong>mulheres portuguesas e imigrantes<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"zw-paragraph heading0\" data-header=\"0\" data-textformat=\"{&quot;fgc&quot;:&quot;rgb(0, 0, 0)&quot;,&quot;size&quot;:&quot;12.00&quot;,&quot;type&quot;:&quot;text&quot;}\" data-margin-bottom=\"12pt\" data-margin-top=\"12pt\" data-hd-info=\"0\" data-line-height=\"1.2\">De acordo com dados do <a href=\"https:\/\/sicnoticias.pt\/pais\/2026-02-22-quase-41-das-mulheres-trabalhava-por-turnos-ou-ao-fim-de-semana-em-2025-e33dd711\"><strong>Instituto Nacional de Estat\u00edstica (INE)<\/strong><\/a>, em 2025 mais de 1,9 milh\u00f5es de trabalhadores por conta de outrem exerciam fun\u00e7\u00f5es em hor\u00e1rios at\u00edpicos \u2014 por turnos, ao ser\u00e3o, \u00e0 noite, ao s\u00e1bado, ao domingo ou numa combina\u00e7\u00e3o destes regimes \u2014 representando <strong>43% do total de assalariados<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"zw-paragraph heading0\" data-header=\"0\" data-textformat=\"{&quot;fgc&quot;:&quot;rgb(0, 0, 0)&quot;,&quot;size&quot;:&quot;12.00&quot;,&quot;type&quot;:&quot;text&quot;}\" data-margin-bottom=\"12pt\" data-margin-top=\"12pt\" data-hd-info=\"0\" data-line-height=\"1.2\">No que respeita especificamente \u00e0s mulheres, os n\u00fameros s\u00e3o igualmente expressivos: <strong>cerca de 780 mil trabalhavam ao s\u00e1bado, 530 mil ao domingo<\/strong>, aproximadamente 470 mil ao ser\u00e3o, 354 mil por turnos e 170,5 mil durante o per\u00edodo noturno.<\/p>\n<p>Estes dados evidenciam a <strong>exposi\u00e7\u00e3o significativa feminina a regimes de trabalho exigentes<\/strong> e, muitas vezes, desafiantes do ponto de vista da concilia\u00e7\u00e3o entre vida profissional e pessoal.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"zw-paragraph heading2\" data-header=\"2\" data-margin-bottom=\"8pt\" data-hd-info=\"2\" data-line-height=\"1.2\" data-doc-id=\"698835000002896008\" data-doc-type=\"writer\">Medidas de flexibiliza\u00e7\u00e3o e pol\u00edticas de apoio<span data-range-char-type=\"end\" data-bookmark-info=\"{&quot;id&quot;:&quot;toc_uspqstxgpjtu&quot;,&quot;type&quot;:&quot;bookmark&quot;}\" data-bookmark-id=\"toc_uspqstxgpjtu\">\u00a0<\/span><\/h2>\n<p class=\"zw-paragraph heading0\" data-header=\"0\" data-textformat=\"{&quot;fgc&quot;:&quot;rgb(0, 0, 0)&quot;,&quot;size&quot;:&quot;12.00&quot;,&quot;type&quot;:&quot;text&quot;}\" data-margin-bottom=\"12pt\" data-margin-top=\"12pt\" data-hd-info=\"0\" data-line-height=\"1.2\">Perante este cen\u00e1rio, a flexibiliza\u00e7\u00e3o do regime laboral, atrav\u00e9s do teletrabalho, tem sido frequentemente apresentada como solu\u00e7\u00e3o para promover maior equil\u00edbrio. Da mesma forma, medidas p\u00fablicas como o <strong>Programa Creche Feliz<\/strong>, que assegura vagas gratuitas em creche para crian\u00e7as nascidas a partir de 1.\u00b0 de setembro de 2021, constituem um passo relevante no apoio \u00e0s fam\u00edlias e na <strong>promo\u00e7\u00e3o da perman\u00eancia das m\u00e3es<\/strong> no mercado de trabalho.<\/p>\n<p class=\"zw-paragraph heading0\" data-header=\"0\" data-textformat=\"{&quot;fgc&quot;:&quot;rgb(0, 0, 0)&quot;,&quot;size&quot;:&quot;12.00&quot;,&quot;type&quot;:&quot;text&quot;}\" data-margin-bottom=\"12pt\" data-margin-top=\"12pt\" data-hd-info=\"0\" data-line-height=\"1.2\">No entanto, importa sublinhar que <strong>a redu\u00e7\u00e3o estrutural das desigualdades de g\u00e9nero exige pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas e pr\u00e1ticas organizacionais mais amplas e consistentes<\/strong>. Contudo, historicamente, o trabalho dom\u00e9stico e de cuidado foi socialmente atribu\u00eddo \u00e0s mulheres como extens\u00e3o natural do seu papel. Sem capacita\u00e7\u00e3o adequada, o que deveria representar efici\u00eancia pode transformar-se em<strong> sobrecarga cognitiva<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Al\u00e9m disso, a perman\u00eancia f\u00edsica no espa\u00e7o dom\u00e9stico n\u00e3o elimina \u2014 e, em alguns casos, acentua \u2014 as expectativas sociais associadas ao cuidado familiar, sobretudo quando n\u00e3o existe uma delimita\u00e7\u00e3o
