Este pode ser um meio mais dif\u00edcil e exigente para demonstrar habilidades e compet\u00eancias, por isso, e de acordo com o Business Insider, apresentamos cinco dicas importantes para sobressair neste processo:\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1- Prepare-se para eventuais problemas t\u00e9cnicos &#8211; todos os candidatos devem certificar-se de que n\u00e3o hajam problemas t\u00e9cnicos durante o hor\u00e1rio agendado para a entrevista. \u00c9 recomendado que os candidatos verifiquem o sinal do telem\u00f3vel e internet a bateria e se \u00e9 necess\u00e1rio atualizar ou instalar algum software ou programa.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2- Fa\u00e7a anota\u00e7\u00f5es &#8211; de acordo com a consultora Michael Page os candidatos devem ter em m\u00e3os todos os tipos de anota\u00e7\u00f5es que os possam ajudar durante e entrevista telef\u00f3nica como por exemplo curr\u00edculo e anota\u00e7\u00f5es importantes sobre o mesmo, informa\u00e7\u00f5es sobre a empresa, anota\u00e7\u00f5es pessoais e muito mais, use e abuse destas notas.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">3- N\u00e3o fale muito nem demasiado r\u00e1pido &#8211; em qualquer tipo de entrevista, mais ainda via telefone, o ideal \u00e9 falar calmamente. Outro conselho muito \u00fatil \u00e9 falar o m\u00ednimo poss\u00edvel. \u201cQuanto menos falar e quanto mais ouvir, melhor ser\u00e1 a entrevista\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">4- Fique confort\u00e1vel &#8211; elimine os ru\u00eddos, tenha um copo de \u00e1gua \u00e0 m\u00e3o, imprima o seu curr\u00edculo e marque as partes que pretende salientar na entrevista, ou seja, aquelas que considera serem uma mais valia para a posi\u00e7\u00e3o a que se candidata.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">5- Termine a liga\u00e7\u00e3o corretamente &#8211; por \u00faltimo e, de acordo com especialistas, n\u00e3o se deve terminar a liga\u00e7\u00e3o apenas com um \u201cobrigado\u201d o ideal \u00e9 perguntar se h\u00e1 mais alguma informa\u00e7\u00e3o que o recrutador deseje saber.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Agora acabaram-se os nervos e j\u00e1 n\u00e3o h\u00e1 desculpas para n\u00e3o ter uma entrevista de sucesso!
