Atualmente, a gest\u00e3o de pessoas \u00e9 uma dos maiores desafios que qualquer empresa, sobretudo nas multinacionais, onde os fusos hor\u00e1rios e as diferentes culturas exigem diferentes abordagens e m\u00e9todos de gest\u00e3o e trabalho. Posto isto, as medidas devem ser globais mas com foco para cada indiv\u00edduo de forma a corresponder \u00e0s necessidades individuais de cada um.
